Function:

Your work will include the following activities:

  • Efficient handling of technical questions from customers, prospects, users, and colleagues about products, applications and services primarily aimed at OCP-related products.
  • Supporting and reporting to the Sales Director in the technical development of projects.
  • Making and following up quotations.
  • Handling complaints.
  • You maintain relationships with suppliers and request the necessary information to prepare correct quotations and set delivery times.
  • Maintain sales systems.
  • Order processing and order transfer.
  • You follow up on orders and coordinate with other departments.
  • You analyze various data from your assigned customers.
  • You create articles and relations in our system.
